As a test, try pulling the cable connected to the Clean external switching jack on the amp and connect it to the Boost external switching jack. This should make GCX Loop 6 control the Boost as it previously worked to control the Clean. If it starts to work, then try this same cable connected to GCX Loop 8.
All the GCX loop jacks and the Mesa External Switching jacks are Mono.

A noise suppressor will not work in a parallel effects loop... neither will a Tremolo

i did a little modifications to Your suggestions as You can see it here:

and my rack sounds KILLER now! other the solo , bbe, all effects

the only small problem i have now that the two effects on mesa loop fx (chorus, delay) can't work together i mean when both of them ar ON non of them works but if only one of them is ON then it works? Any suggestions?
is it as usual cab els problem? (in fact I did check all the cab els and all are fine)
Just to mention that on the back of mesa my MIX and SEND knobs are set to MAXIMUM (100%) even the effects volume levels are set to maximum and whenever I switch DELAY ON the volume drops a little bit....
If I sort this thing out I will be happy to where with U guys pictures of my rig and maybe some youtube demo

OK I have sorted this problem
it turned out that the chorus was wrongly inserted (insert to insert and send to send)
all works fine now!
