The tap tempo thang...

Looking over several posts about building a tap tempo switch for one of the expression pedal ports on the GCP, no one mentioned if the switch should be momentary or latching. Seems like the momentary switch would be the right thing since that's how my tap temp IA is currently set.

The Expression Pedal ports will currently only accept a Latching switch. What is the device you are ultimately controlling?

Just looking at my options. My two devices with tap tempo are a Lexicon MPX-G2 and a TC Electronic GMajor.
