controlling a jmp-1 and gcx with my ground control pro

so ive got a marshall jmp-1 and im thinking of buying a gcx and ground control pro to switch pedals and change channels on my amp.

ive got it all worked out except i cant figure out how i would connect the jmp-1 to the gcx.

to my understanding by reading all the manuals, i should connect the midi thru of the jmp-1 into the midi in of the next divice but from what i can see the gcx only has a midi out. so how i would go about connecting these all togeather?

Unless there are other devices in your rig you wish to control via MIDI that you haven't mentioned, simply connect the Pedal In on the GCX to the Ground Control Pro and the MIDI Out on the GCX to the MIDI In of the JMP-1.
