connecting 3 gcx
I just bought a used gcx to connect to my other 2 units. I have all 3 units turned on and connected with midi cables. My original 2 units hooked up as 1 & 2 are responding to the ground control, my new unit 3 isn't responding. Could a setting be off or something that the previous owner set possibly to use in his rig that is making it not respond? Thanks in advance.

Do all three GCX units scroll the LEDs from right to Left when first powered on?

I talked to Ben at Voodoo on Friday. It turns out this 3rd unit I bought is really old. It wasn't designed to work with multiple gcx units according to Ben. At start up, the LEDs scroll backwards in comparison to my other two gcxs. I ordered a new chip from Ben. He said it should fix the issues. Is this an easy install or is soldering involved? Do you anticipate any other issues I need to think about or should I be good? I'm in touch with the seller in case this won't work. Thanks in advance! I'm using the Ground control btw.
