GCX and Xotic BB+

hi everybody,

i am interested in buying a gcx/gcp system to control my 2 amps plus loop a bunch of pedals in different configurations. there is just one thing i am not sure about and couldn't really find an answer to this yet: how do i connect an effect like the xotic bb+ to switch from channel a to channel b thru the gcx? is there a special cable needed?

i would love to see a worksheet if you guys out there have a similar pedal configuration.

After reading the BB+ manual it appears that this can not be done as there is no external control interface on the pedal to do what you ask. Because of this design in the pedal you will have to switch the A/B channels manually. The BB+ would be placed in a GCX loop like any other pedal.

thanks a lot for checking this--i already thought it wouldn't work. i will get it anyways!

here's another question about hooking up 2 amps with effect loops + "regular" chain to switch from one amp to the other (amp 1 -> loop/chain / amp 2 -> loop/chain, not running at the same time). does anyone have a similar setup?
