As I try to open the unit - two of the screws on top are stripped and really tight, there is no way I can get em off... What can I do??

Hey Yomko,

You need a Dremel tool with a cut-off wheel to either

1. cut a slot for a slot screwdriver or

2. to grind off the head of the screw.

Then you need a new screw!

I hope this helps

I like Joe's suggestions, and would first try cutting a new slot for a flat head screwdriver. Spray a little WD-40 or something similar around it and give it a little time to sink in. That may let you remove the existing screw.

If that doesn't work, it's on to Option Two and you'll have to grind the head off.
