Original Ground Control issue

I just noticed an issue with my Ground Control. When I try to program any patch above #20 it banks back down and won't go into
"Program Device" mode. It has version 2.4 software. Any idea's?

Try letting go of the Bank Down button once it scrolls all the way down through the banks then press-and-hold it again to get into the preset edit mode. It will still edit the last preset you were on in the higher bank.

This was a sort of safety so you could hold the bank down button when trying to get back to the bottom without accidentally going into the edit mode while on stage.
