How to reset my used GCP and GCX units

Just got my GCP but now it has all the other persons programs and settings that I need to remove. How do I do this? I did what the instructions said but it's not working or I'm missing a step somewhere. Help!!!

See Page 13 of your GCPro manual, specifically the section right at the top under the Initialize Memory heading.
