Re: help! with my new guitar rack rig
Oh and on the 1074, I think you may want to use the 1/4" Key Input jack on whichever channel you are using rather than the XLR Input jack.
1. GCX Loop 3 Send to DBX 1074 Channel 1 Key Input.
2. DBX 1074 Channel 1 Output to GCX Loop 3 Return.
I think you will also want to turn On the "Key" button as well as the "Monitor" or "Gate" button... the "Bypass" button should be dark.

I ALMOST FORGOT...
any recommendations with cc specific channels or MIDI to use the ADA 1 & 2, g major and the ernie ball vp jr??
thanks...
Re: help! with my new guitar rack rig
XLR In is your only choice I believe... does your 1070 have combination jacks by chance?
You will want to assign each MIDI device in your system to operate on its own unique MIDI channel. You have three MIDI devices, MP-1 #1, MP-1 #2 and a G-Major... Id use MIDI Channels 1, 2 and 3 respectively for no other reason than "you gotta start somewhere"
