Pedal Switcher

I've been looking for a way to connect my 3 overdrive pedals to a pedal switcher
to be able to switch between them. I've noticed from all the videos for the Pedal Switcher that you have to switch off the activated channel and then switch on the desired channel. I want to be able to switch between channels without switching the currently activated one off frist. So does the Pedal Switcher allow you to do this or do you have to switch the activated channel off first? Like a Boss Line Selector does.

The Pedal Switcher buttons will only activate/bypass the same numbered loop. In order to have preset control you will need a controller. The Pedal Switcher can be controlled by either the Commander or the Ground Control Pro to have pre-programmed presets.
