Volume Boost on GCX

Post by 1meanplexi »

I am getting a volume boost from some pedals when engaged in my GCX. It happens to some of the pedals that run into my amps loop. Loop 5, (noise gate/fortin ZUUL) Loop 6 Boss giga delay, Loop 7 Ibanez Chorus. The amp is a mesa boogie rev f with the series (one knob) loop.

The ZUUL is unity gain as well as the Ibanez. Those two are the ones that make the signal boost ie; volume when engaged. Thanks for reading this and I look forward to your replies.

Do you still get the volume boost when the loops are engaged but pedals are in bypass?
