Ground control pro can't initialize

Hello at all.
I bought a used ground control pro and I can't inizialize it as factory default.
I ve tried to pushing select a long, like manual said, but nothing happened.
Help me please! Thank you!

Here are the steps to re-initialize a Ground Control Pro:

1. Press both Setup Buttons at the same time to enter Setup Mode.
2. Press the Utility Button.
3. Press Bank Down repeatedly until the screen reads "INIT MEM Y/N"
4. Press the Yes Button twice to reset the memory.
