Control switcher voltage on pin 2 common.
So the amp I'm using has a floating relay power circuit for changing channels. In other words no ground connection. The relays are turned on or off on the minus side of the diodes across the relay coil. They are 5v relays so when the connection isn't active, there is 2.34 volts on the minus side and 5 volts when active. The question I have is, wood this 5 volts damage the control Switcher? Since there's no ground connection and there's voltage on either side of the relaysupply? Is the common on the multi pin connector just a ground connection question or can it handle voltage without messing up the control Switcher? Thanks.

5V is completely fine for the Control Switcher relays.
On the Control Switcher the MULTI jack pin 2 is the common point the four switches reference when closed. It is not connected to anything else in the chassis.
The 1/4" jacks take it one step further and are isolated from each other, with each switch simply making or breaking its Tip to Sleeve connection.

It's a 3-channel high gain preamp that I built. Based off of a high gain marshall topology. 1 clean, 2 high gain with footswitchable high and low gain switches.
