Ground Control Pro Display Issues

I'm currently using two GCP units together as one giant midi controller. Both are set to the 4 preset mode and I dumped the memory of one unit to the other so they have all of the same preset and device information in them. I'm having an issue with the display on one of them. It just gets totally garbled sometimes. I'll press a preset button and it will just show question marks or periods instead of the preset name. Other times it will only show the name of one preset regardless or what button I select. Also, when I try to edit the name of a preset, I can only scroll up through the characters without issue. If I scroll down the display will jump to a completely different preset name and stay there until I scroll up again. When I scroll down and the name changes, the scrolling is still taking place in the background, but the display is not showing what is actually happening. Likewise, when the display gets wonky during normal operation, it doesn't appear to affect the functionality otherwise. All of the changes happen when and how they're supposed to. Only the display seems to be messed up. Any advice? This is my first post so apologies if this is a simple thing I've overlooked.
