Control Switche Cable for EVH

Hi,
I've bought a Control Switcher to switch the channels on my EVH100 from midi commands. I'm in the UK so importing a lead from the USA just isn't cost effective so I'm trying to get a custom lead made here. I'm hoping someone can help me out with the wiring specs before I make an expensive mistake!

I need a 5 pin (Switch Controller) to 7 pin (EVH) cable wired with 5 core wire, pins as follows;
5 pin. 7 pin
1. 1
2.(earth). 6 (live)
3. 2
4. 3
5 4
I presume the live to earth creates the circuit to switch every time a switch is selected? If anyone could confirm this is correct I'd be grateful. Thanks!
