Who can make a special midi cable?

I need to get a special midi cable made so I can connect the GCX audio switcher to my MArshall TSL 100. Does anyone know a person/company that can make the cable for me. I have the schematic.

Who is he/phone? If he can make it I will pay him (as long as not too cost prohibitive).
