GCX firmware differences ?

Hi,

I recently purchased 2 used GCX switchers. One was built in 2004 and has a 2.00 EPROM and green PCB boards. The other was built in 2008 and has a 2.02 EPROM and red PCB boards. I was wondering if there was any major difference between the two units and if I should be upgrading the 2.00 EPROM to a 2.02?

There is no real difference between the two. The software has only very minor internal changes that do not affect any direct functionality and we switched to the red boards to help us know which boards were RoHS complaint... and because we thought they looked cool.
