GCP+11Rack = noob questions

I just got a Ground Control Pro and I'm hooking it up to my Eleven Rack. From the manuals, websites, videos, etc - I got most of what I want working, except for two things:

1) Is is possible (perhaps via a return MIDI cable) to show my Eleven Rack present names in the display of the Ground Control? Or - do people input those by hand? Is this possible?

2) For the life of me, I cannot fix this. I want to use the 4 buttons at the bottom for patch changes, but the SECOND button starts with patch 1, where the first button does nothing. In the GCP manual, it talks about a screen to modify this, but I can't find how to get to that screen.

You will need to enter the Ground Control Pro preset names manually. The coming Ground Control Pro software update will have the choice to have the Eleven Rack factory presets pre-loaded.

If you go into the Setup Mode and enter Device Name/Channel section, you will see your named MIDI devices. When you are on the one that is for your Eleven Rack, press the Cursor Right button continually until you see the "Starts At 01" screen. Change the "01" to "00" using the Data +/- buttons. exit Setup Mode by pressing either one of the Setup Mode buttons.
