How are you powering the GCX?

Is it on a high current output? Do you have the original wal wart power supply?
Maybe try that if you do or a high output from the pedal power 2 +, plug 5 or 6

The GCX is meant to have AC power, try it in the 5 or 6 as they are higher current. This may be your problem

I’ve just read the manuals of both the GCX and the All Access. If the pins 1 and 3 are connected on the All Access, this will likely be your problem. The GCX supplies power to the GC Pro through these pins. If it is connected in the All Access to the other pins, it can cause damage. You may need a cable that only has 3 wires inside it.

You’ll need to check this post out. I think you may need the original midi cable that Rocktron supplied or a midi cable that only has 3 wires with pins attached.

Hey Mate, so an update. It is WORKING. plugged it into output 5, switched the dip switch, and it now all works.

In regards to the midi cable, i am using the rocktron 7 pin midi cable. http://www.rocktron.com/rocktron-midi-cable-7-pin.html, which sends power to the all access via an extrernal power supply.

all seems to be working a treat.

thank you so much for all your time on this. your a star.

how can i buy you a beer?
