Ground Control Pro + Control Switcher + EVH 5150 III

I know I'm posting to a very old thread, but been trying to wire up a cable to connect my Voodoo Lab Control Switcher to my EVH 5150 III Stealth using the wiring in this thread. I've tested each pin with my multimeter for continuity with the other end and it tests fine. Cable was a 7 pin midi cable that I cut off one end and attached a 5 pin din connector to. The two wires from the 7 pin side that do not map to the 5 pin side are not connected.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I've order the cabled from Voodoo but it won't be here for a week or so. I asked for the wiring schematic but the person I spoke to wasn't able to provide it.
