Hi,
I ask if the GCX can work with an adapter that gives 11 VAC, or in any case, what is range of tolerance of the GCX.
thanks
Pepe

The GCX came with a 9VAC @1A power supply. Going much over 9V could put undue stress on the voltage regulator that will have to burn off the excess voltage in the form of heat. I suppose if you are talking about a regulated power supply it might be ok, however given that 11V is quite uncommon I have to assume that this is an unregulated power supply and will probably put out even more than the stated 11V even when under load... basically it all seems like not such a good idea.

Hi again,
It is the source that came with the GCX, nevertheless in my country we used 220 V. For that reason I asked for an electrician to adapt the voltage from 110 to 220 V, and when I measured with multitester the voltage gave me like result between 10 and 11 VAC. My question is again if I will be able to use it.
Thankssss

OK then, that is 11V measured on an unregulated power supply with no load. What does that mean... once there is a load, in this case a GCX, the voltage will drop down to where it needs to be so this should be just fine.
As an aside, any Voodoo Lab dealer in your country can get the correct mains voltage adapter for your GCX. Good luck!

The closest to you is Mango's in Argentina, but any dealer in any 230V country can get the power supply for your region.
