Control switcher + Laney IRT

having some issues changing channels on my Laney IRT Studio using the control switcher that i am hoping someone smarter than me can help with.

Using a ground control pro into a gcx then the control switcher I can:
Turn boost on and off (channel 3)
Turn reverb on and off (channel 1)
Turn the lead channel on and off (channel 2)

But i cannot get the rhythm (channel 4) to work via the ground control yet it will work using the manual switch on the control switcher. It will switch from lead to rhythm or lead to clean depending on the original settings but i am unable to go from clean to rhythm then lead

I have factory rest everything but with no luck.

Any help will be very much appreciated

That it works via the Control Switcher front panel buttons but not via the Ground Control suggests its a MIDI/programming issue.

How are you controlling the Control Switcher... is it set up as if it were the first four loops of "GC-2"? or is it set up to use Program Changes and or Control Changes?

I have it set it up as the first 4 loops of gcx2 and I am switching it with a ground control pro

Problem solved - The factory restore of my Ground Control Pro set loop 4 of GCX2 (Control Switcher) as a momentary loop where loops 1,2 and 3 were set to normal latched switches. The Laney amp didn't understand the momentary signal.

Default for a Ground Control Pro should be that all loops are set to Normal (Latching) since that is far and away the most common use, but glad you've found the culprit and fixed it!
