So I'm setting up my stereo rig to work with my gcx's I do have 1 question though
So I'm running 2 speaker cabinets parallel into the back of a 73 hiwatt dr103 100W Custom as of right now. Both speakers are 8ohms and I'm running my amp currently at 4ohm.
I have the 1936 marshall with the gt12-75 which are two 75 watt speakers and for my second cab I'm running a Hi-Tone with the Crescendo speakers which are 150w for each speaker.
So one cab is 150ws in total and the other is 300ws in total. Will 1 speaker cab be lower in volume than the other or will they be the same because the amp is only a 100watt amp?

Re: STEREO Rig question about speakers
Hi there,
They will be about the same volume, they both have around the 100db sensitivity. It won’t matter if you are using 2 amps anyway because both amps will probably be slightly different anyway. If you are using them now through one amp, I doubt you can hear the difference in volume.

GCPro, GCX, Pedal Power 2+, Pedal Power AC.
And some other stuff.
