Hello,

After having my GCX working couple of years, this week i turned it on and the normal star-up procedure of turning all the leds for all channels, did not happen.

Can someone help me out or had a similar experience?

How are you powering this GCX?

Hi John,

It has been for a long time powered by a a Musical electronics Power Supply Model YL15-0902000 Input 230V 50Hz and Output 9VAC 2000mA. I have measured it and and its actually 10.7VAC.
I also tried to power it through a CAE MXR MC403 rack power supply unit (after was already malfunctioning) though a 12V DC, as I have seen one of you answers to other posts, that it would work as well.
Unfortunately I get the same behaviour.
Sometimes some random red leds turn on, sometimes all of them, most of the time none. Really strange behviour. I measured the voltage going across though the boards and indeed is around 12VDC, so it appears not a power issue, but then again I could be wrong.
Could it be something with the logical units?

Probably best to give us a call or write to info@voodoolab.com so we can arrange an inspection... since I assume you are outside the U.S. we can attempt to go thru your country's Voodoo Lab Distributor.
