XMIT from preset not happening with 2nd GCP (v2 beta chip)

G'day, hoping someone might be able to please point me in the direction of a fix for this? Cheers if you can!

I've got 2 GCPs running side by side, both with the v2 beta chip. The first is in standard 4 preset mode, the 2nd is in Instant Access IA mode.

I have a bunch of IA switches on both GCP 1 & 2 to run as "XMIT WITH PRESET". Those are for loop I/O on my Switchblade and GCX.

The problem: When changing a program/patch, only CC messages from GCP 1 are being sent, GCP2's 'xmit with preset' changes are not sending.

For reference, when triggering individual CCO messages by hitting switches on GCP 2, the right CCO messages are being sent. They just don't go out with the presets, which is frustrating.

Sorry for the slightly off topic, how did you get the V2 Firmware? Does it need to be on a chip or can you reflash the unit?

I’m curious about adding a second GCP to get the additional IA ability.

Hi there,
Can you setup the switched IA function in the preset that you are choosing in the device that it is for. ie. the G Major 2, I have IA set to turn reverb on and off but in a preset 1 I might have it off but on preset 2 I have it on.
With the GCX you can press a button in the preset in the GC Pro. The Switchblade GL only takes PC messages so you can’t use an AI for that.
The H9 has 128 presets so no need to send AI to it.

What exactly are you trying to do? If I still had my H9, I’d have a play.

The firmware 2.0 are beta chips and you have to email Ben or John from Voodoo Labs For them to send them to you.
