Building Pedal Board w PX8 - Config Help

So I am in the middle of wiring my pedal board and need a little bit of help. My current pedal layout is as follows:
DIRECT: Volume pedal (tuner on side chain) > Compressor > FreqOUT > OCD > Fuzzgod > Katana Boost > Amp Input
EFFECTS LOOP: Send > Chorus (TBD) > Carbon Copy Delay > Hall of Fame > Infinity looper > Return
I want to get this setup on my PX8 and I read that you can sacrifice a loop in order to get a better Direct/Effect loop split (3 / 4 instead of 2 / 6) and I was thinking of doing that. I envision the layout would be this:
DIRECT:
Volume pedal (tuner) > Compressor (I always have this on) > PX8 input > FreqOUT (Loop 1) > OCD (Loop 2) > Fuzzgod (Loop 3) > Katana Boost (Loop 4) > Loop 5 Send to Amp Input
EFFECTS:
Loop 5 Return from Effect Send > Chorus (TBD) (Loop 6) > CC Delay (Loop 7) > Hall of Fame (Loop 8) > PX8 Output to Infinity Looper (always on) > Effects Return
I understand that this will make Loop 5 unusable and it will always need to be on for everything to work. Any thoughts or suggestions?
Thanks to all you pedal heads out there in advance!
