Bogner Ecstasy and Control Switcher Cable Question.

Hi,
I have a Control Switcher and I just bought a Bogner 20th Anniversary amp.
I only use the channel switches and one boost switch on the Bogner footswitch.
I know I could buy a Medusa cable from Bogner and use it for those four functions
with the Control Switcher to interface via MIDI with my Helix but that would leave four
1/4 in. ends just hanging off, and that seems kinda pointless.
Is it possible to have a custom cable made to connect the back of the Bogner Amp
directly to the Multi input of the control switcher to control only the 4 functions I use?
