Hi there.
I just recently got a GC pro and was super excited.
Powered of phantom power, changed presets, everything was great.
Went into the setup/utility menu to change it to 4 presets as opposed to 10, and it freezes. I'm unable to exit, I've tried resetting the factory presets etc, no love.
Is there anything i can do? or is it a send it back type of thing?

The likely cause here is actually a bad MIDI cable. As a test, power the Ground Control Pro with the supplied adapter and try the very same steps with no MIDI cable connected.
