Hey,

I'm running a GCX/GCP setup with a G Major 1. I have the GCP set up for 4 presets per bank, and am wondering if I am able to have IA Button #1 be used solely as a tap tempo for my G Major, while running through the GCX.

This can be done quite easily. You will need to program your Instant Access button to send on the same MIDI channel you are controlling the G-Major on as well as set the appropriate Control Change number, the default behavior of "Normal" (or Latching) is the correct state to use for tempo here. Check out the Instant Access section of the Ground Control Pro manual under Setup Mode for information on how to re-program any of the Instant Access buttons.
