New PX8 Plus User Looping Questions

Apologies up front if these have been answered and thanks in advance for any direction that can be provided!
1. Can I run the following through input PRIOR to Loop 1: Guitar>tuner> Compressor> EQ - understanding that these pedals will be always on...?
2. Am I correct in thinking that placing Volume pedal on Effects Loop (between 6 & 7) pushes everything before through it. I do want it b4 delay and reverb and I would have placed it at beginning of chain (at end of EQ) if this Effect Loop wasn't present?
3. Is my thinking cogent on this consideration relating to mono vs stereo: PX8 Plus has no stereo outputs at end of chain (my only negative opinion concerning this looper).?
I have option of placing second - and only - stereo delay outside of end of loop 8 and running that straight through Reverb and into Strymon Iridium. These stereo pedals (Nova Delay and Cathedral) have no dedicated jack with which to add a remote tap so I have to utilize during gigs anyway.
My thought process (and this may be wrong) is its best to run stereo signal continuously as long as possible at the end of said chain. As I plan on running Iridium through house main I would like to take advantage of stereo.
Again any [constructive] input is greatly appreciated
