How to control DV Mark Triple 6 - MIDI BOSS reverb pedal + other analog pedals all at once?

Hi,
I am new to the MIDI foot controller programming and I am trying to figure out how to correctly connect the aforementioned gear: The DV Mark Triple 6 with MIDI in/through - BOSS RV-500 reverb pedal with MIDI in/through + other analog pedals (non-midi) + maybe also the BOSS Waza Tube Amp Expander to the Ground Controller.
In total, I will have 6 (maybe 8) MIDI ports - 2 on the amp, 2 on the reverb pedal and 2 on the foot controller (maybe also +2 on the BOSS Waza Tube Amp Expander) . How should the MIDI signal (cables) be connected? I need to program it so that I can switch an amp channel, simultaneously change the preset/turn on/off the reverb + go through some of the pedals (+ maybe control the BOSS tube expander with the amp) - that all in one step (literally).
I especially do not really understand how the MIDI signal chain should be connected (go from where, through where - to where + how the amp switches between the channels with MIDI, as it does not have any MIDI learn/save buttons - only MIDI in and through and the manual does not really have any MIDI CC message programmability info. It only says this:
MIDI IN This input port receives incoming MIDI information from an external MIDI device. The MIDI receive address is set to “0” by default. If your external MIDI device transmits on another address, you can change the default address by holding the CH SELECT switch for about 10 seconds—the unit then enters “Learn Mode” and you can set the new address by pressing any switch on your MIDI pedalboard to initialize the connection to the amp.
MIDI OUT/THROUGH This output jack sends out MIDI messages identical to those coming in through the MIDI IN
Many thanks.
