Hi,

I recently sold my gcx and added a pedal switcher to my pedal board. I am controlling everything with a GCP. I have a question regarding instant access buttons.

What I would like to do is make the pedal switcher act as "GCX1" IA's for presets. Then have the 8 IA's on the GCP act as CC IA's for my midi gear (MPXG2). However, when I edit a preset, I can only recall the pedal switcher loops if I have 1-4 on the GCP dedicated to GCX-1 loops1-4 and engage the switch on the GCP during editing.

Am I doing something wrong? Can I make the pedal switcher's IA's act independently?

The eight Instant Access buttons are global and can be reprogrammed within Setup Mode. Check the Instant Access section of the Ground Control Pro manual under Setup for specific programming information.
