I'm not sure I really can help here. What exactly was the error message? What did you change before the error? Can you load a previously saved setup?

I did the connections he was seeing midi end (M-Audio MIDISport 2x2 X GROUND CONTROL) and I opened normalmento the GCPro Editor.
When I begin the process of connection a long reading of several archives takes place and then it does not give when the connection was how made real.
It will be that some damage took place in my GROUND CONTROL ????
I even re-installed the GCPro Editor.

What it takes place the fact is that my notebook does not even come doing the connection like the Ground Control.
A long reading takes place and then it does not take place to connection.

I am sorry, but I cannot provide support for the software or your computer problems. Other than your troubles with connecting to the editor, is the Ground Control Pro functioning correctly?

The message that appears in the end is this ( http://www.esnips.com/doc/173ed166-a191 ... f46/novo-2 )
It will be that it is possible to be decided.
Helpe me.

Does the Ground Control pro appear to function properly on its own?

This informational exchange is not going so well. I am unsure what you are even trying to do here... are you attempting to send the settings already in the Ground Control Pro to your software or are you attempting to load a saved profile into the Ground Control Pro? Are you putting the Ground Control Pro into the correct mode to either transmit its presets to the software or receive the presets from the software?

It looks like you have pressed the "Send MIDI data to the GCP" button in your screen capture. This would require that the Ground Control Pro be ready to receive the bulk dump by entering the Setup Mode, pressing the MIDI button and scrolling down the list until the Ground Control Pro screen reads "RECEIVE MEM", before pressing the button on the editor software. The MIDI Out of your MIDI interface should be connected to the MIDI In on the Ground Control Pro.

Can you load any existing settings on the Ground Control Pro to the editor? Can you send any of your saved files to the info@voodoolab.com address?
