Popping noise when switching pedals and presets

Ive had my gcx and gcp for a few months and it has worked fine until yesterday when a popping noise started occuring when i switched pedals or presets. nothing with the rig has changed, just the start of this popping noise.
Signal chain is: guitar to RMC wah to buffered in of gcx>loop 1 analog man comp> loop 2 timmy overdrive> loop 3 boss chorus> loop 4 boss delay> loop 5 hardwire series reverb out to Lehle iso splitter (outputs to loop 7 and loop 8)> loop 6 channel switch for Splawn> loop 7 in from splitter to input of Splawn Quick rod> loop 8 in from splitter to input of Roccaforte Denelle 45.
This set up has worked flawlessly with no change in set up until yesterdeay when the popping started. I've checked all cables and everything seems fine.
The cables I soldered together myself. One other note: I run a T.C. Electronics Nova Repeater in the effects loop of the Splawn but it is not tied into the GCX and I removed it completely from the chain and still had loud popping when changing patched or switching pedals in and out.
I have a show coming up on the 7th and sure would like to solve this noise problem before then. Thanks for any helpyou can give.
