Voodoo Lab

Hi, I have a EVH 5150 100 watt Stealth head and I 'm trying to work out a way to incorporate midi. I've read online in a few forums where the Voodoo Lab Control Switcher can accomplish this with the addition of a custom cable. I have an old Digital Music Corp Ground Control pedal and I was curious if this would work with the channel switching since they both use 7 pin connections (see pictures below). What I'm trying to accomplish is have one button of the midi controller turn the amps clean channel and effects loop on, another button to turn on channel 2 and turn the effects loop off, and a third button turn on channel 3 and the effects loop back on again.
