Just wondering if the control switcher can provide phantom power to the ground control pro
It's really nice to have just one midi cable connecting the pedalboard.

I can't answer that for you, but I can suggest that it's easy to make a DC injector box to put 9 volts DC onto pins 1 and 5 of the MIDI cable. Here's the one I made:
