GCX Stereo Loop Mod

Hi. I’m looking for instructions to achieve the stereo loop mod. I would like to mod all 8 channels to stereo. I have 2 switchers: 1) for in front of amp; 2) for effects loop.

Can someone provide details: cost, address and estimate turn-around time?
