Voodoo Lab PX-8 Plus Pedal Switcher

Hi Folks be nice I'm very new here
I have purchased a Voodoo Lab PX-8 Plus Pedal Switcher and don't seem to be able to get it into the 8 loop pedal mode .
The instructions say hold down no 5 button and turn power on but nothing changes according to the instructions , or is there something I'm missing as it all green lights
