Easy question about GCPro and Gmajor 2

Hi,I have a Ground Control Pro,a GCX and a Gmajor 2. The GCP switches all the "factory" presets just fine,How do I set it to switch to the "user" preset banks?
When I use the bank up button it goes all the way to 100 on the factory presets,then it just starts over when i hit bank up button again.Are the user banks on a different midi channel or something? Any help is greatly appreciated!
