can’t access user presets on my g major using ground controller pro...

Post by geewiz »

hello everyone... i'm new to rack world...

my issue is...
i can’t access user presets on my g major using ground controller pro...
my set up consists of triaxis - g major - 2:90 power

there are no issues accessing anything above 100 on the triaxis but when trying access USER preset 1 on the g major which should be 101 on the ground controller pro… the unit goes to factory preset 1.

is there something i'm missing?….

Hi there,

It should just be preset 1. On the G Major 2 it is just preset 1.

The manual for the G Major, page 20, shows how to map presets in the G Major, maybe you need to reset the G Major or re map the presets.

Maybe you need to do a reset on the Ground Control or something or go through your devices and make sure only the devices you have are in there.

Just set your device on the Ground Control Pro, to the midi channel you want to use. Can’t remember if it is set to 0 or 1 for first preset.
Set the G Major to the midi channel you want it to use.
Create your preset in the G Major, choose that preset inside your preset on the Ground Control Pro.

Cheers

And some other stuff.
