Can it achieve the attached signal flow?

The tuner and both outputs should always be active. Thanks

Because the Guitar In is buffered, you can split the signal with a Y Cable and experience no loss. 1) The Guitar Out can feed one path directly and the rear panel Feedthru can connect to a Y Cable that feeds the other two paths.

Questions for you: Would you rather the D.I. be routed after the GCX Loops? Will these loops will be used for effect devices you will want in the mix?
2) If so then you would instead run the Guitar Out directly to the Tuner and the Feedthru to the In of the first GCX Loop. The Y Cable would run from the Out of the last GCX Loop used for effects to feed the D.I. and the Amp.

No the split needs to happen before the loops because the DI is my clean sound to the house. All affected sounds only go through the amp.

OK, in that case you would run it like the first example above. Good Luck!
