Are both amps on at all times? Is the Decimator the two channel "G" version?

That helps, but I still need to know if both amps are to always be on at the same time. Also, because all the ISP noise gates are called Decimator, I need to know specifically which model you have.

Thanks JOhn,
ITs Decimator model(

I need control 2 amps Clean/SAT and effects. The two amps sounds at the same time.
thanks for all JOhn.

Now we are getting somewhere!
For this setup you will need a standard type Y Cable to split the mono guitar signal to the two amplifiers. You will also need an Insert Cable in order to control the switchable functions on the Shiva. Running two amps can cause a ground loop buzz so it may be necessary to use an isolation transformer before the instrument input of one of the amps, but feel free to plug it all in as described first to find if this will be needed.
Audio Connections:
Run your guitar to the Guitar In on the GCX, then run the Guitar Out to the In on GCX Loop 1.
Connect GCX Loop 1 to GCX Loop 2.
Connect GCX Loop 2 to GCX Loop 3.
Connect your three effects pedals to GCX Loops 1, 2, and 3 in the order you prefer.
Connect the Out of GCX Loop 3 to the instrument inputs of both amplifiers using a Y Cable.
Connect the Effects Send of the Uberschall to the In of GCX Loop 4.
Connect the Out of GCX Loop 4 to the Effects Return of the Uberschall.
Connect the Decimator to GCX Loop 4.
Channel/Function switch connections:
Connect a standard cable between the Footswitch jack on the Uberschall and the Out of GCX Loop 6.
Connect the TRS end of an Insert Cable to the Channel/Boost footswitch jack on the Shiva, then connect the TS "Tip" end of the Insert Cable to the Out of GCX Loop 7 and connect the TS "Ring" end of the Insert Cable to the Out of GCX Loop 8. GCX Loop 7 will control the channel A/B and GCX Loop 8 will turn the Boost on and off.
I hope that helps! Let us know how it goes.

Should you need it, yes, the Hum Eliminator would be the correct thing to use.
