roland jp8080/boss pedal patches

Post by kramcinerok »

I am trying to route a Boss Hyperfuzz and a bass overdrive pedal through a Roland jp8080, then midi out of a Roland gr-30 as a controller for a synth guitar, then to a ground control pro to assign the 8080 and pedal patches. Would the pedals have to go through the input of the 8080 before the GCX? I am not using the sounds of the GR-30, its just to control patches of the 8080.

Thank you.

The fuzz and the overdrive pedals can be routed wherever you prefer. If you put them into GCX Loops, you will be able to bypass them when not in use.

Thanks, it saves the time of manually turning them off.
