Rig headache, Help!!

So here's the rundown..
I'm running 2 heads (Mesa Boogie Dual Rec and an EVH 5150 III) 1 to each side of the stage.
I want each head assigned to a loop, but also capable of playing at the same time. First I need to know if this is possible..
Second is my EFX chain (ISP Decimator pedal, MXR EVH Flange, Boss DD-3, Ibanez ts-808, Boss RC-50) .
I need to be running all of my EFX to individual loops. I need the EFX to go IN FRONT of the Dual Rec, but I want to utilize the Efffects Loop of my EVH and route my EFX there. Also with the Boss RC-50 loopstation in the mix I need to somehow route this to run through only 1 of the amps but also have its own loop for absolute control.
The reason I want each amp to have its own separate loop is so I can do A/B switching between the two heads, have the both playing at the same time when possible, but still have them both running all of the same EFX (minus the RC-50 which I need to be running only out of 1 cabinet when needed (if possible).
This may sound like a mess but please help!!!
Thanks

It is quite easy to have both amps switchable and this setup is in fact shown in the GCX manual in the Combining Multiple Amps section under Audio Loops. Basically after all your front end effects, you will run a Y cable to the Input of two different GCX Loops. The Send of one of these GCX Loops will feed the instrument input of the first amp and the Send of the other GCX Loop will feed the instrument input of the second amp.
It appears that you want the effects loop effects all only on the EVH amp... Is that correct? The RC-50 should only be routed to one amp at any time, but will it ever actually be active when both amps are on? Will the RC-50 always be routed to a specific amp or does it need to switch between amps?

Yes I seem to have the multiple amp switching figured out, except I need to be sure that I can run BOTH amps simultaneously with my effects chain in front of both amps. I have a Y cable and "XHUM eliminator" already.
Also I need to figure out a way to route the RC-50 to only 1 amp so I can run loops out of stage left while playing rhythm guitar parts thru stage right. Is this possible?
Is there a better way to contact you? I'm a full time touring musician and I NEED to get this figured out in about a week, we have an 8 week tour starting in 2 weeks so i don't have a lot of time to spare on this.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
thanks

Tried the cable routing you described for running both amps but I'm getting a nasty hum even though I have the XHUM Eliminator plugged into the GCX power supply. The supplied power supply is only a 2 prong (no ground) so its not even compatible with the hum eliminator..
Also when routing with the exact cables you mentioned before only ONE of the amps is getting full signal. The second loop is somehow not getting full signal. Very weak/tinny/thin.
I know for a fact the amp is in perfect working order because when I plug straight in it works fine.
Here is my signal chain if this helps:
Guitar>Senn Wireless>Digitech Wammy>GCX Guitar IN>FeedTHRU(back of GCX)>Loop1>Loop2>Loop3>Loop4>Out via Y cable to loop 5/6>Loop 5 (AMP1)>Loop6 (AMP2).
I need to find a way to insert the BOSS RC-50 into the chain but with the ability to control which amp it runs through because I need my loops running out of one side of the stage, with the ability to be playing my rhythms on the other side of the stage.
With this signal chain I cant seem to get both amps to run at full power, or also get rid of any hum with the XHUM eliminator in front of the 2 prong GCX power supply. Any solution there?

The HumX would likely be used on one of the amps if it is to be needed, but first start off without it and without anything in the effects loops of either amp in order to chase down any ground loop. The problem where one of the amps is quiet is likely because you are using an Insert Cable rather than a Y Splitter cable. The Y cable you need for this will have mono ends at all three points.
