hi i have an old ground control ( not ) pro 1.00 and i'd like to programm it.
(my english isn't the best) so my problem is . i purchased WAVES GTR 3
and want to change the parameters and channels ...... when i try to connect it , no chance either there are functions missing or i' just tu stupid
when i look at the manual there are features i cant't enter with my old control.
like bank, and direct is ok. but 4 bank is not possible! so my question is , is it possible to upgrade or flash the ground control ?

Yours is the very first Ground Control produced. Since this was 17+ years ago, you will find it does not have all the features of the current version! It is possible to upgrade yours to v2 which would let you use 4 presets/bank and 6 instant access buttons. This version requires some hardware changes so that the expression pedal inputs work properly with new firmware. There are also some minor updates.

If you send the Ground Control to us, it is USD65 to update. Otherwise, the new firmware ROM USD20.

i just opend the controller and in the slot u11 there's the chip wich is named GC V1.00
C1991 DMC
if it's just that to change i'll buy the new chip by a friend of mine who lives in the US. please tell me if it's possible, and i'll tell my friend.

I think we have provided pretty good support, particularly considering we manufactured this product 17 years ago. I understand that you would like all of your questions answered within minutes. Unfortunately, we are a very small company and we do not have a team of support people to do this. You have already received multiple emails from my staff regarding this issue, always within one business day. Please either order the chip or get a different foot controller.
