Voodoo Lab

Recently I redid all patch cables with the george l's.
however for some reason non of my banks are working, i have checked all the cables.
I have also checked all loops and once a loop is engaged i get no signal, when plugging in the in then out straight to the amp i get a signal?
I have spoken to a tech at vodoo lab and this is a new one to them, and help trouble shooting would be much appreciated.

Since the cables are what has changed, the first thing to suspect would be the cables. If the sound dies when the loops are active then that leaves the cables connected to the Send and the Return jacks. Check that they are functioning and/or routed correctly... GCX loop Send to input of pedal, output of pedal to GCX loop Return.
