i was reading a Rocktron Prophecy preamp manual and there was a small note that said i would need a "MIDI Box" if i had more than three devices in a MIDI chain, is this true?

I have used four midi devices before with no Midi Box with no problems. No Latency problems etc. Five or more and you might want to start thinking about it.

do u know were i could buy one?
