Expression Pedal Calibration

Sorry if this has been asked a million times before, but searching on "calibrate", "calibrat", "calibrating" and "calibration" returned nothing. And the search complains about the term "expression pedal" being to generic...

Is there a way to calibrate expression pedals with the Ground Control Pro? I'm using a Dunlop-style expression pedal, and the sweep does not go from 0 to 127 - more like 35 - 110. I'm using this one for wah, so it's not urgent (the "sweet spot" on a wah is in the middle of it's range anyway), but it would be nice to know for future reference.

There is no calibration necessary with the Ground Control Pro. I assume you are using an Insert cable to connect this pedal? If so, do you get the same results if you swap the In and out connections?

Can't swap the in and out, it's hard-wired. That said, I should have been more clear. When testing the wiring before installing the pot into the pedal, it would in fact go from 0% to 100% (0-127 on the GCP). The limited sweep range is definitely due to the design of the pedal itself (Dunlop pedals inherently never turn a pot from 0% to 100%, but some subset of that range). I was just hoping there was a way to adjust the GCP to compensate. :)

What are you using the expression pedal for? My G-Major has a pedal calibration feature like you describe, and works well to help with my FV50's limited sweep of 60-127.

Do you mean what effect am I using it for, or what device am I controlling with it?

If you meant what effect, I'm using it for wah, so it's not a big deal for me - in fact, because it doesn't sweep the entire range, it's more authentic (as I've said before, because of physical limitations, Cry Babys don't access the full sweep of the pot either).

The device I'm controlling with the GCP/expression pedal is an Avid Eleven Rack. The 11R has a calibration adjustment, but it only affects an expression pedal plugged into the 11R's expression pedal port; it has no bearing on expression pedals attached via MIDI.
