Voodoo Lab

Hi all, hope you're well. Been a long time since I've posted here.
Been a crazy time but I'm settled into a new place and have finally got most of my music equipment (whatever's left of it) set up again

My question is this:
Can I phantom power a footpedal (in this case now a Rocktron All Access) via the FEED THRU on the Voodoo Lab/DMC System Mix Plus?

The System Mix Plus has a five pin midi feed thru on it which I used to utilise a few years ago, back in my Behringer days
Used to run the Behringer midi out to the midi feed thru on the front of the SM+ then run the Feed thru on the back of the SM+ (inside the rack) to the Midi In of whatever was in my rack..
The Behringer was powered by an IEC cable so phantom power wasn't a consideration, I guess you could say the feedthru was "passive"?
With a 5-pin-to-7-pin cable for the All Access, would phantom power be available?

I'm guessing the answer is YES - but only while the System Mix Plus is switched on..but figure I should check first as it seems I'm good at breaking stuff hahaha

The MIDI Feedthru on the System Mix+ does have all five pins wired and is completely passive... it simply connects between the two jacks.
