Help Expanding Setup - Furman PQ3 + Rocktron HUSH

Hey Guys, I just got a Furman PQ3 and a Rocktron Hush which I want to incorporate into my setup, I was just wondering if you guys could help me out with setup suggestions as I'm not 100% on how to incorporate them.

I'm wanting the PQ3 + HUSH to pretty much be with my rhythm and lead sound (i'm not sure about clean, so possibly include the ability to turn it off for that)

Should I incorporate the PQ3+Hush into a GCX loop? If so how?
any tips would be greatly appreciated!
